Earn the Follow
Organic social media is the part of the brand people choose to spend time with.
Unlike paid media, organic reach has to be earned. That means creating ideas people actually want to watch, read, share, save, talk about, or come back for instead of filling a calendar because someone decided the company should post three times a week.
A strong organic program connects content themes, recurring formats, brand voice, creative direction, platform behavior, and distribution into something recognizable over time.
Not every post needs to sell something. In fact, most probably shouldn't. Organic social works best when a brand understands how to be useful, entertaining, interesting, opinionated, or worth following before asking for the conversion.
